“We are dedicated to constructing a first responder's memorial in Carthage, NC to honor Max Muse and Landis "Lanny" Whitaker, who gave their lives in service of their community. Our goal is to create a lasting tribute to their bravery and sacrifice, as well as to all the first responders who continue to serve our community with selflessness and dedication.
