Lady Vikings defeated Pinecrest for the first time in history
Monday the Lady Vikings Lacrosse team got back to work after spring break. Hosting their county and conference rivals, the Pinecrest Patriots a lot were at stake as far as rankings for the two programs. No one expected any less than a close, hard fought game between two of the top programs in the state.
The Vikings won the game 14-12 making this the Vikings first win over Pinecrest in program history. With the win, the Vikings move to 5-0 overall and 3-0 in the conference. The loss gives the Patriots their first conference loss of the season. They are now 7-2 overall and 3-1 in the conference.
There is no doubt that the Patriots will look to get revenge in a rematch on Thursday night at Pinecrest.

The Vikings will travel to Willow Springs tonight and will play at 6:30 p.m. following the JV’s first game of the season at 5 p.m. They will be across the county for the conference rematch against Pinecrest on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
The Patriots will host Hoggard for a Saturday game at 11 a.m.
The Patriots Men’s Lacrosse team defeated the Vikings Monday night 19-10. The Patriots move to 8-2 overall and 4-0 in the conference. The Vikings are now 4-4 overall and now 3-1 in the conference.
The Vikings will travel to Pinecrest on Thursday for a rematch at 7 p.m.
The Patriots will host Hoggard on Saturday at 2 p.m.
